How do I place a Custom Order (bespoke design or engraving)?
Visit any Product page and click “Customize” (if available), or email support@valamdesign.com with your specifications. We’ll send a quote, design mockup, and estimated production timeline. See Terms & Conditions for Custom Order rules.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email support@valamdesign.com immediately. If the Order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address at no charge. Once shipped, you’re responsible for redirect fees or additional shipping.
Can I expedite my shipment?
Yes. At checkout, select “Express Shipping.” If your Order has already been processed, email support@valamdesign.com; we’ll quote any additional fees to upgrade, subject to carrier availability. See Shipping Policy.
How do I track my Order?
After shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number via email from support@valamdesign.com. Allow 24 hours for carrier updates. For real-time status, enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website.
What is a “false order,” and how is it handled?
A false order is flagged by our fraud detection (e.g., mismatched billing/shipping info, suspicious payment). Such orders can be canceled within 24 hours, subject to a 5% Platform Fee (see Cancellation Policy).
Can I cancel a Custom Order after production starts?
No. Once we begin producing a Custom Order, cancellation is not permitted. We confirm the production start date at order placement; you can cancel up to that date (see Cancellation Policy).
My ring doesn’t fit—what are my options?
For non-custom rings, you may exchange within 14 days of delivery (see Exchange Policy). If you purchased a custom-sized ring, resizing is possible for a nominal labor fee; email support@valamdesign.com for details (see Product Correction Policy).
Do you offer resizing and repairs outside of warranty?
Yes. Outside-warranty resizing, cleaning, or repairs are available for a service fee. Contact support@valamdesign.com with photos and details to receive a quote.
Can I return a gift I received?
Yes, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. The gift recipient must email support@valamdesign.com within 7 days of delivery. Refunds go to the original purchaser unless the recipient requests store credit.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The final price at checkout (product + shipping + taxes) is all you pay. However, you may incur customs/import duties upon delivery in the UK or USA; these are not included and are your responsibility.
